For service, we ask you to fill in our service form and attach it with the product.We are grateful if you can have the product serial number on hand for better handling.
Download our service form, see below and enter as much information as possible.
Attach the service form with the goods and also send it by mail to us.
If the product has been used, it must be cleaned before it is sent to us.
Fill in the service form as accurately as possible, sign the cleaning declaration and enclose this with the goods.
According to Cerlic Controls Environmental Policy, we do not handle units without a signed declaration and in that case the material is returned without action. Shipping cost to customer account. Note: our automatic sludge felt meter CBX must be sent on a pallet and not in a carton.
Once the product has been received, an estimate of the cost will be made and a quote will be sent.
The exact amount of the service is impossible to specify until the product has been opened and checked carefully. The final amount can therefore be changed. Contact with the customer will be made if necessary.

In general the deduction for material is 25%. The freight cost will be on your account.
