Management of retention on paper machine
Stabilization of the concentration in the inlet box and wire waste water is important to obtain consistent paper quality, fewer web breaks and reduced consumption of retention chemicals.
For this purpose, Cerlic can offer its optical sensors CTXP 03/25 for total concentration, alternatively CTXP 03/25 for total concentration and ash content. The sensors, which are easy to calibrate and require minimal maintenance, can be easily used in the factory control system to calculate and control the retention.
